How we work

  1. First we will conduct a phone interview to review your personal circumstances and recommend the most effective method of processing your petition. During the interview we will update you on the K1 or K3 visa process and requirements.
  2. After our initial conversation we will send you an information packet containing detailed instructions to guide you in gathering the required information and supporting documents we need in order to prepare your petition.
  3. When we receive your information packet, we will begin preparing your Fiancee or Spousal petition to obtain the K1 Visa or K3 Visa. If we are missing anything, we will notify you immediately in order to ensure your petition is complete and accurate.
  4. We will inspect all documents such as, birth certificates and divorce decrees to verify compliance with USCIS (United States Citizenship Immigration Service) requirements.
  5. We will work with you to be certain that the evidence of your relationship clearly supports your petition for the K1 Fiancee Visa or K3 Spousal Visa.
  6. We will send your processed petition to you for signature; then using the envelope and label included in your information packet, you will mail the petition K1 Visa or K3 Visa to the USCIS.
  7. We will do all the paper work. You will only need to sign the petition.
  8. When the USCIS receives your petition they will respond with a receipt notice that will include a tracking number that you will forward to us so we can monitor the status of your petition. We will know immediately when your petition is approved and contact you directly.
  9. When your petition is approved, we will review the embassy interview process and instruct you on what will be needed so that your loved one is well prepared in advance.
